Outbound Sales Executive

My client who is based in the heart of Melton Mowbray is currently seeking a Sales Executive to join their expanding team.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business with big plans! The successful applicant will be responsible for generating new leads and setting appointments for senior sales staff. You will work collaboratively with a small team to maximise all sales opportunities and identify new customers across an international market.

This is an outbound sales role so the ability to confidently speak with key decision makers is essential. Training will be provided and you’ll be working alongside a very experienced team who will be on hand to support at any time.

Drive, enthusiasm and determination is essential to succeed in this role. This company is growing and they are looking for the right people to grow with it. As your confidence and skill set develops there will be definite opportunities to advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound calls to prospect customers across the UK and International market
• Book appointments and online demonstrations with potential customers
• Manage internal CRM system
• Attend conferences and events across the UK
• Learn the product and build up your knowledge to confidently talk with customers and aid your own development
• Manage inbound enquiries via telephone and email

Skills required:
• Confident communicator
• Motivated to achieve targets
• Experience of using Microsoft and Google applications
• Strong team player
• Determined, ambitious and purpose driven

Working hours are 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility. Commission is uncapped, realistic and achievable!
