As a Senior Customer Service Executive you will manage client relations and will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of online software packages into various clients across the international market.
Alongside a skilled sales representative, you will be involved in initial conversations with the client, you will offer detailed product training and will manage the implementation process from start to finish, offering support and guidance throughout.
This is a highly consultative role where the ability to build lasting business relations is essential.

We are seeking a self-driven and ambitious individual who is ready for a new challenge. Once fully trained the successful applicant will be required to travel overseas to attend exhibitions and training events, this is normally once or twice a year.
